Feisal Al Balushi

Trackbees was founded in 2018, in Oman. Aiming to create a science -driven solution to improve the yield of commercial beekeeping. Beekeeping has been facing many serious issues in the last decade. Since the late 1990s, a variety of hive problems , honey bee diseases and pests have devastated beehives around the world.

Trackbees uses IOT (internet of things) Technology, including in hive sensors and GPS long range tracking for the hives , to monitor the health of honey bees in beehives.

Eng Othaman Al Mandhari

Eng. Othman Al Mandhari, the founder and CEO at InnoTech. He graduated from Sultan Qaboos University as a Mechatronics engineer and started InnoTech. Othman is the winner of the best entrepreneur award in Oman 2017 which is organized by the Public Authority for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises in Oman "Riyada". Othman delivered many speeches about entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology in Oman and internationally over the past 6 years.

InnoTech team members are 9 full-time bachelor degree-holding employees with a 100% Omanization percentage. The team is expected to expand in the next few months due to the increasing activities of InnoTech. InnoTech also received a 100k USD seed stage investment from the Oman Technology Fund.

Othman is certified as a Consultant Trainer by the Management and Technology Institute under the Ministry of Manpower in Oman. He also participated in the startups Bootcamp by Wadi accelerator in Oman, the startups Bootcamp in Dubai and London, and the 6-months intensive training by the 500 startups.

Ali Al Rahma

Ali Al Rahma is a Senior Project Manager in the banking industry, who focuses on executing and delivering bank wide projects using the best Project Management practices and methodologies. Ali has been awarded the Fulbright Scholarship from the US Department of State to purse his graduate studies in the United States. While on the Fulbright program, he has completed his Masters of Business Administration in Project Management and Global Management.

Ali is also involved in community and other organizations outside of his professional career. He is a Board Member of the Oman American Business Center, which is a business community that fosters the ties between Oman and the United States. He is also a member of the United Nations Economic And Social Council (UN ECOSOC), and has represented the Sultanate of Oman in the United Nations Youth Forum

During his first years of his career, Ali has been awarded a unique secondment to the Royal Bank of Scotland in London, UK to develop a financial model for Oman Oil Company, one of Oman’s largest companies. Ali is a great supporter of volunteer and community work.

Alena Dique

Alena Dique is the first student from Oman to win the scholastic award in London for her master’s research at University of Wales for SME Business Innovation. She is a finalist of the prestigious Women in Tech Awards Middle East under the category of Young Leader of the Year 2018. She has also been the youngest manager at work to be trained in the Executive Leadership development for Project and Stakeholder Management.

A Communication and Quantitative techniques professional, Alena is also a Sustainable Development Goals Advocate, first and current youth representative of Oman for the United Nations Conference on Trade & Development (UNCTAD) Youth and United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Youth delegation.

Alex Jader

Alexander Jader is the CEO of ExecBeat Ltd., an international Strategy & Marketing Consultancy and Executive Education provider. Before his career as a Strategy and Marketing Consultant, Alex served in the Weapon Diver Battalion, worked for Norway’s NHST Media Group, Fredhopper in the corporate online search-and-merchandizing industry in Amsterdam, The London Business School and Imperial College Business School, London in Executive Education and was an executive at the Hilti Corporation in the drilling and demolition sector in Liechtenstein, Vienna, Prague and Dubai.

Alex graduated with an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain; one of the world's top business schools. He also studied Chinese Economics at Fudan University in Shanghai, China; Arabic as a Foreign Language at Kuwait University in Kuwait City; Business Studies at Stamford College, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and received his B.A. (Hons) from Northumbria University in Newcastle upon Tyne in the United Kingdom. Besides various corporate training initiatives and High-Potential-Programs, he also studied Theatre Acting at the Atlantic Theatre in New York City as well as Military-Hand-to-Hand Combat in France, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Dr.Rami Al Sahar

Dr. Rami Al-Sahhar is the Digital Transformation Leader and Blockchain Innovation Advisor at Modern Technologies Company - Kuwait.

He is Certified Blockchain Expert (CBE) and Certified Bitcoin Professional (CBP). He is member of Bitcoin Foundation and other Blockchain Open Source frameworks. He is the President of Kuwait Chapter at Government Blockchain Association (GBA).

During his time at Gulf Business Machines (GBM) and Modern Technologies Company, he has been a Technical Advisor and a Project Director working on Enterprise Business Solutions and providing Technical Assistance and Research regarding different Industry solutions for Government, Public Sector, Finance and Oil & Gas sectors.

Mohamed Ahmed Fouad

Mohamed got Bachelor in Nutrition sciences and technology from the Faculty of Agriculture, Al-Aazhar University, Egypt. He got Master degree with excellence in business administration and human resources for non-profit organizations from Fan Holand University, Netherlands. Currently Mohamed General Manager and chairman of Relief4Life - Malaysia.

He practiced his academic specification At Golden Foods Nutrition Company He worked as the chairman of projects department in Al-Rahma Kuwaiti Bookstore in Thailand branch, then the chairman of planning and monitoring department He was promoted to become the chief executive officer at Al-Rahma International Association in Cambodia.

During his various positions at charitable organizations, he participated in developing partnership with local and international organizations, United Nations establishments, Voluntary work establishments and civil community associations. During these years, he participated in many leadership courses and programs as a practitioner and lecturer in the field of non-profitable organizations. He received the Royal Ribbon, second class from the king of Cambodia as well as the Cambodian PrIme-minister's Medal because of his contribution in developing the Cambodian community.

Saleh Al Hanash

A Pharmapreneur who followed his passion and now an International Trainer & Coach in Sales, Teambuilding & Entrepreneurship.

Saleh is also an Inspirational Speaker & Trainer in different local, regional events, universities & international NGOs.

In 2015 Saleh funded MATG for training & Consultation in Jordan & Palestine.

In 2017 Co – founded “Start Innovating” initiative that aims to inspire and motivate young youth.

In 2018 Founded “AL-Hanash pharmaceutical drug store” in Palestine.

Amjad Yousuf Swaid

Amjad is Member of Syrian Computer Society In capacity of a Lecturer in the Syrian Computer Society. In addition Amjad is also a Consultant in Itqann Center for Consulting and Training as a - Business development manager at Itqann for software and educational services. Amjad recently became Chief Executive Officer of Itqann for organizing conferences and seminars - Sultanate of Oman

Amjad also contributes as Consultant and director of Murshid magazine - Sultanate of Oman. Amjad is passionate in giving lectures in many schools in Sultanate of Oman. Amjad main focus is into filtering online content made suitable for Youngsters through his software which will have deep positive impact.
